At this time, we do not provide direct product exchanges. However, customers may return eligible items within 60 days from the original shipment date. We want to make this process straightforward, but please be aware that we are currently unable to accommodate returns originating from international locations. Returns must be shipped from within the United States. A flat fee of 8.50 dollars will be deducted to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Depending on your address, the return shipment will be handled by either USPS or UPS. You will see a list of nearby drop-off locations where you may bring your package. Before finalizing your request, you will have the opportunity to review important details about your return. This summary includes the number of products being sent back, the estimated refund total, and the shipping method selected for the return. Once everything has been confirmed, simply submit the request through the portal. When the returned package is received and scanned by the designated carrier, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In most cases, the funds will appear in your account within two to five business days after processing, although the exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Please keep in mind that certain deductions may apply to your refund. The original outbound shipping fee, if one was charged at the time of purchase, will not be reimbursed.
